Delete your account
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your PIPs Key Android app / hub account and related personal data.
What gets deleted
- Your login account (email, username, profile fields).
- Saved MT5 account records and associated license key assignments we control.
- Hub signals/orders history tied to your account (where technically removable).
- Authenticator / session data for that account.
What may be retained briefly
- Payment or invoice records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or law (kept only as long as needed, then removed or anonymized).
- Security logs needed to investigate abuse.
How to request deletion
- Submit the form below with the email used for your account.

We process verified requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when deletion is complete (or if we need identity verification).
In the Android app
Open Profile → Security & Help, then tap Delete my account to open this page or contact support.
