1. Who we are

PIPs Key("we", "us") provides a signal composition and MT5 execution hub for forex traders, mentors, and testers. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use our website, web hub, and Android app.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, username, WhatsApp/Telegram contact (if you provide them), password (stored hashed).
• Security data: login OTPs, Google Authenticator (TOTP) secrets when you enable 2FA, session tokens.
• Trading / MT5 data: MT5 login, server, encrypted credentials you save, license keys, hosted/VPS job status, orders and signals you create.
• Payments: wallet top-ups and plan purchases via third-party gateways (we receive payment status/reference; card data is handled by the gateway).
• App / device: app version, basic diagnostics needed to run the service (no sale of personal data to advertisers).

3. How we use data

• Create and secure your account (login, OTP, authenticator).
• Provide hub features: compose signals, control room, licenses, hosted MT5.
• Process payments and deliver purchased plans/keys.
• Provide support (email / WhatsApp) when you contact us.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with processors needed to run the service (for example email delivery, payment gateways, hosting/VPS providers) under contracts that protect your information, or when required by law.

5. Retention

We keep account and trading records while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for support, fraud prevention, and legal/financial records. You can request deletion at any time (see Account Deletion).

6. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, session controls, optional Google Authenticator, and encrypted storage for sensitive MT5 credentials where supported. No method is 100% secure; protect your password and 2FA device.

7. Children

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Use the Account deletion page or contact support below.

9. Trading risk notice

PIPs Key is an execution and workflow tool. It does not provide financial advice and does not guarantee trading results. Trading forex and CFDs involves substantial risk of loss.
